Hiring process

This is how the process works

Our hiring process is designed to be clear, fast, and human. No endless rounds, no guesswork – just genuine conversations and mutual discovery.

Introduction Call

A first conversation with a Hiring Manager or one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. We want to understand your background, what's driving your next move, and what you're looking for. You'll also get a real sense of where we're heading and what we're building.

Case Challenge

A take-home challenge relevant to the role. You’ll have enough time to approach it properly. Feel free to use AI tools. We’re interested in how you think, how you use tools, and how you tackle an open-ended problem. Once we receive it we'll share feedback within a few days.

Group Interviews

We'll invite you to our office for two sessions. A deep-dive with the people you'd closely work with day-to-day — and a culture interview with two people who are genuinely passionate about how we work and who we are as a company.

Offer

When the fit feels right on both sides, we'll make you an offer. We try to be straightforward — no drawn-out back and forth, just a clear conversation about next steps

Welcome aboard

Before you even start, you'll be invited to team events so you can get to know people in a natural setting. Once you join, you'll go through a structured onboarding covering what we do, how we work, and the culture you'll be part of — so you can hit the ground running from day one.
